Indonesian team of surgeons had successfully removed 2.1 Kilogram Dede’s Warts.

Indonesian team of surgeons who operated on Dede managed to lift 2.1 kilograms of warts on both hands the man who was nicknamed the "Root Man" was in operation nine times.

Surgical Operations Team Leader, Dr Hardisiswoe Soedjana of Hasan Sadikin Hospital explained the operating team found no obstacles in the operation. "We did not find a significant constraint because we already know the state of Dede on the previous operation and the operation lasted three hours."

The process of surgical operations carried out to Dede deliberately made not too long so that Dede's health condition can quickly fit after surgery.

The objective of these operations is to remove warts on Dede's arms, and optimizing the function of Dede's hands.
